British film director Guy Ritchie will receive £60 million in property and cash in his surprise divorce settlement with Madonna. According to reports, Ritchie will receive £20 million in cash and properties worth multi-millions, including the couple's 1200-acre country estate and a posh London pub.
The cash is to cover their London properties — a £7 million family townhouse in Marylebone, a ten-bedroom, £6 million property next door and two mews cottages worth £2 million each.
The 40 year old Guy Ritchie will get a total value of £60 million, which is enough for the director.
The deal comes just two days after Guy Ritchie and Madonna announced that they were splitting up after eight years.
The couple is expected to reach a compromise regarding their 3 kids while they both claimed the other to be stingy in money matters.
A source close to the couple told The Sun last night, "The negotiations were relatively painless. Guy Ritchie knew what he wanted and Madonna knew what she was keen to keep. There was a spell when Guy was in a mood to dig his heels in, but he decided this arrangement seemed reasonable and a long battle over money would make life unbearable".
