 Paris Hilton: Releases new song
The glamorous Paris Hilton has lots of things to be offered to her fans. She has planned to release a new single, "My BFF," on the same day the reality TV program "Paris Hilton's My New BFF" first airs on MTV.
Details about Paris Hilton have been inferred from quite a number of sources. The new single is also included in her second album that is scheduled to be released sometime later this year. With this the business empire of perfumes, clothing, shoes, dog clothes, movies and TV series that she has built in the last ten years will be expanded to a greater extent.
The show is a search for a new "best friend forever" who is hot, loyal and has the energy to keep up with the hectic lifestyle that is inspired by the techno song that Hilton has written with her boyfriend Benji Madden of rock band Good Charlotte.
"Could you be the one I want? Could you be the one I need?" the millionaire socialite croons on "My BFF." "All of my life, don't you know I've been waiting ... for my best friend," added Paris Hilton.
The tune has been chosen as the theme song of the show.
16 women and two men, both gay, has been selected from 300,000 applicants to compete for the honor of being best friend of Paris Hilton. Hilton is going to accompany her to red carpet events and simultaneously dodging and courting the paparazzi.
At the end of each of the 10 episodes, Hilton is going to dismiss one contestant with a catch phrase that is borrowed from instant messaging culture -- TTYN (Talk To You Never).
Twenty seven year old Paris Hilton also commented that loyalty was key to her friendships, both in real life and in the reel life as well.
While briefing the reporters of a popular news agency of United States, Paris Hilton added, "I am looking for someone I can trust, someone who is friends with me for the right reason".
"A lot of girls want to be photographed with me. They get so excited when the paparazzi are around and put their arms around me. I don't like friends who try to use friends like that," added Hilton
Paris Hilton also said that she has struck up a real, off screen friendship with the winner of the reality show. However the name is being kept secret until the series ends in the month of December.
