Gary Glitter, the famous actor, has captured the attention of media. A British court has banned, convicted this paedophile and 1970s glam rocker Gary Glitter from traveling France and Spain. On Monday media people has revealed the news.
Details about Gary Glitter have been inferred from quite a number of sources. A court magistrate has imposed the ban, which runs till 25th March, at a hearing on last Thursday thereby following a request from the police. The court has highlighted the fact.
Kent Police has refused to explain its request. However a spokesman said that it would "do everything necessary to protect children in this country, or abroad."
Gary Glitter was convicted in Vietnam in the month of March 2006 of "obscene acts" with 2 girls aged 11 and 12. After that he returned to London in the month of August after his release from jail.
