 Heather Locklear: Detained in California
Time seems to be really bad for the actress Heather Locklear. She has been arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of a controlled substance. The incident occurred in the upscale Santa Barbara area. On Sunday the authorities have brought out the news.
Details about Heather Locklear have been gathered from quite a number of sources. A California Highway Patrol officer nabbed forty seven year old Scarlett on Saturday afternoon. The arrest was implemented after a resident reported that he had seen the actress leaving a parking lot and "driving erratically." The patrol spokesman Tom Marshall added this comment.
The officer has noticed that Heather Locklear's car parked on a state highway and blocked a lane in Montecito. It is a community place that is nearly ninety miles northwest of Los Angeles. According to Marshall she was believed to be alone in the car.
"In talking with her, (the officer) determines that she seems to be under the influence of something," added the same source.
Heather Locklear was taken to the police station, where she was tested for alcohol and drugs. At around she was booked on suspicion of driving under the influence of prescription medication. Later she got released on custody.
However calls to Heather Locklear's publicists were not returned immediately.

Heather Locklear checked into a medical clinic in the month of June for seeking treatment for anxiety and depression.
