 Daniel Dae Kim: Pleads no contest to DUI charges
Daniel Dae Kim, who starred in “Lost”, has pleaded no contest to drunken driving charges and got the order to pay a fine of 500 dollars. Whether his character on the popular castaway drama absorbs more punishment is yet to be seen.

This forty year old, who plays Jin-Soo Kwon, was detained on Oct. 25 when a police officer spotted him driving intermittently in Honolulu. Alcohol content in his blood was 0.168 that is more than double the legal limit of the state.
In the court premises, District Judge William Cardwell scolded Kim, who dressed himself in a dark, gray suit and blue shirt.
"You need to understand that 0.168 is more that double the legal limit. It means you were seriously impaired," "And it just cannot happen again. It's simply too dangerous," added Cardwell.
At this Daniel Dae Kim replied, "Believe me, sir, I do".
Kim also had the license of the driver that revoked for 6 months and was subjected to a drug-and-alcohol assessment. He was also ordered to pay 212 dollars as court fees and also performed seventy-two hours of community service
