 Anne Hathaway: Paid $148,000 rent
Famous actress Anne Hathaway has given huge amount of money to her former Raffaello Follieri so that he could cover monthly payments of $37,000 for his luxurious Olympic Tower apartment, in New York, for four months. The reporters of a popular news magazine of United States have revealed this bit of information.
After growing suspicious of the moneymaking schemes of the Italian businessman moneymaking schemes, Anne Hathaway is thought to have call up Raffaello himself and ended their four-year relationship sometime this summer.
It is claimed that Anne Hathaway has told him during the emotional call. "You were the love of my life. I'll always love you. You know that, baby," continued Anne.
Just hours after the pair parted ways, Raffaello was nabbed and then charged with a dozen counts of federal wire fraud conspiracy and money laundering.
He is accused of posing as a member of the Vatican and attempting to con investors interested in buying and developing church properties. Raffaello also allegedly stole $6 million from his investment firm.
He will remain in jail unless he can post $21 million bail.
It has also been claimed Anne's father Jerry first began to suspect Raffaello in the year 2005 and had him followed by a private investigator.
In the beginning of this week, it has been reported that twenty five year old Anne Hathaway is now busy dating actor Josh Lucas, who starred in 'Sweet Home Alabama’, after the couple was seen at numerous events of Democratic National Convention together. |
