Gene Simmons: Charged over IndyCar deal
Gene Simmons is not in good spirit these days. On Wednesday a person from Los Angeles called Allan Brown has sued Simmons and two of his business partners, thereby claiming that the group threw him out of a deal that was signed in the year 2006 between the Kiss bassist and Indy Racing League.
More news about Gene Simmons has been inferred from quite a number of sources. According to them, Gene Brown wants unspecified damages and is claiming fraud and slander. His allegation is that though he acted as broker in abovementioned deal between Simmons and the IRL he was cut out of the contract while he was out on a personal vacation.
He also put forth the claim that Gene Simmons and his business partners threw slush on his character by denoting him as "lazy" and "rich" in front of the racing league officials.
Gene Simmons has promoted IndyCar racing in the year 2006, and even co-wrote a song, "I Am INDY."
However in spite of sending e-mail to the attorney of gene Simmons no reply was returned on Wednesday. |
