 Lisa Kudrow: Sued by ex-manager
Lisa Kudrow, the famous actress, is in a dire situation these days. Her ex-manager Scott Howard has launched a lawsuit claiming that she may not be friends with him but still she has to pay him commissions.
More news about Lisa Kudrow has been inferred from multiple sources. According to Scott Howard, the Emmy-winning actress has failed to pay him commissions since she fired him in the year 2007. He is seeking damages of at least 50,000 dollars.
Howard became Lisa Kudrow's manager in the year 1991, before her serial "Friends" gained popularity on TV gold. During her tenth year on the sitcom, Howard and Kudrow agreed to divide his commission rate to 5 percent. Throughout her time on "Friends" and after, Kudrow paid all the due commissions.
But since his firing, Kudrow allegedly has refused to pay commissions for "Friends" to Howard or all the other works that he did while he was her manager. However Kudrow has declined to put forth comment in this regard.
Lisa Kudrow is not the only "Friends" star who has been entangled with a former representative. Matt LeBlanc's ex business manager also has sued him last year seeking at least 1 million dollars as unpaid commissions. |
