Halle Berry: Gets angry with paparazzi
Hollywood actress Halle Berry is enraged with the behavior of paparazzi. She alleged that paparazzi went too far to catch a glimpse of her infant daughter thereby invading her privacy.
More information about Halle Berry has been inferred from multiple sources. This Oscar winning actress was upset when photographs of her holding 4 month old Nahla Ariela Aubry showed up on the internet along with two other celebrity magazines.
Bringing out a statement Halle Berry commented that the photos were taken when she was "out and about in Los Angeles."
Evan Spiegel, an attorney representing Berry, too has put forth his comments. He said that a criminal complaint has been filed and an investigation is also going on. He further commented that there are witnesses who saw the photographers in the middle of a "very blatant and invasive trespass."
However no one from Halle Berry’s side was available for comments. Even the agency that has carried on the work of distribution of photographs declined to put forth any comment in this matter.
"The paparazzi have gone too far," Berry has stated this during the interview with a popular news agency of United States. She also vowed to do whatever is possible in order to get the photographer prosecuted and protect her infant daughter.
Besides pursuing criminal charges against the photographer, Halle Berry is seeking to get the photos removed from the website. In her statement, Berry said that she will never sell pictures of her children.
"I have long since come to terms with the fact that choosing a career as an actress has made me a public figure, but my baby has made no such choice, and unless and until she does, I will do everything I can ... to keep her out of the public eye," added Halle Berry.
The photographs, some of which have blurred leaves in the foreground, depict Halle Berry holding up her daughter, standing near a table in what seems like a private backyard. One also can find Halle Berry's mother in some of the pictures.
Berry said that she wants anyone who used the photos to know that they were illegally obtained.
Popular magazines like Touch Weekly and Life & Style Weekly have published the photos in editions that landed on newsstands this week. Through an e-mail a representative of the magazine's publisher, Bauer Publications, said that the photos were purchased from an "established photo agency."
"The magazines are not aware that there was anything improper in the taking of this image." These are the words that are found in Halle Berry’s statement.
Halle Berry gave birth to Nahla, her first child, in the month of March. Nahla's father, model Gabriel Aubry, was not present in the photos. |
