Chris Cagle: Acquits from domestic violence charge
Chris Cagle, the famous Country singer, has been acquitted from the charge of domestic violence soon after his girl friend denied testifying against him.
Sources have thrown more light on the news of Chris Cagle. According to them, Both Cagle and Jennifer Tant were accused with domestic violence after police said that they became involved into a fight on 28th May.
Tant has appealed to her Fifth Amendment right of not incriminating herself on Thursday in Davidson County General Sessions Court. Her case was soon dismissed after prosecutors chose not to go forward.
Thirty nine year old Chris Cagle has decided not to comment anything after the verdict. His attorney, Bill Ramsey, said in a statement that the charge should have been brought.
Chris Cagle is still scheduled to appear on the trial on Sept. 23 in Tucson, Ariz., on a misdemeanor assault charge. He has been accused of beating a man after a benefit concert. |
