Denise Richards: Seeks custody from court
On Monday Denise Richards went to court thereby seeking changes to a custody arrangement with Charlie Cheen, her former husband.
More news in this matter haven brought out by multiple sources. Denis Richards along with her attorney has brought out video to Superior court of Los Angeles in order to strengthen their case. However a court commissioner is yet to view it.
Instead, he listened to the views of the two experts and prepared changes to the agreement that were characterized by the attorney of Sheen as "nothing meaningful" — and also by Richards' attorney as advantageous for the pair's two young daughters.
Richards' attorney, Neal Hersh, acknowledged that the Superior Court Commissioner Harvey A. Silberman refused to grant some of the items requested during closed-door hearing on Monday. However Hersh did not specify type of changes that were sought.
Hersh and Sheen's attorney, Fern Wender, declined to discuss the orders of Silberman. They also declined to say type of experts that were testified, or what was on the video that Richards hoped to introduce. " The commissioner denied the majority" of Richards' motion, added Wender much later.
Sheen did not appear, but Wender said that he was pleased with the outcome.
Hersh said that the changes that were intact will be positive for the couple's children, assuming both parents enact them.
Last week Hersh sought changes thereby citing "serious issues involving the children," However a hearing was not conducted in part because Silberman was on vacation.
Richards, who sat in court on Monday alongside her father throughout the morning by indicating that she was also satisfied with the rulings of Silberman.
The couple completed a bitter divorce in the year 2006, and has since waged a contentious battle over the custody and care of their daughters Sam and Lola. |
