Actor Michael J. Fox is coming back to the world of television and entertainment. Michael, who has been suffering from Parkinson’s disease, will return to television sometime during next spring. He will appear as a guest artist on famous action drama titled ‘Rescue Me’. The confirmation of the news came from a representative of FX cable network on Tuesday.

According to John Solberg, FX’s spokesman, forty seven year old actor is going to portray the paralyzed boyfriend of the ex-wife of the main character, New York City firefighter Tommy Gavin. Tommy’s character is played by Denis Leary.
Canadian-born Michael J. Fox has signed on to appear in four episodes of the upcoming fifth season, starting with a premiere episode in the spring.
