 Mindy McCready: Charged for disobeying probation
Mindy McCready was arrested in Tennessee on charge of violating her probation. The concerned authorities brought about the accusation that this thirty two year old country singer has falsified her community service records.
The reporters could catch hold of the authorities for comments in this matter. Williamson County Sheriff's Department officer namely Charlotte Spencer said that Mindy McCready has surrendered on Monday, posted bond of 5,000 dollars and was released almost two hours later.
According to him, she is on probation for a drug charge that was issued forth in the year 2004.
When being asked about the matter on Thursday, Lee Ofman, Mindy McCready’s attorney, has declined to comment on the new charge.
Another official said that McCready will go before the judge who has sentenced her and will decide about the necessary action that has to be taken accordingly.
No one could avail McCready's court date till date.
