Hulk Hogan: Son transferred out of solitary
Hulk Hogan's son has been transferred out of solitary confinement into a communal cell by deputies of west Florida jail.
The 17 year old Nick Bollea, the son of Hulk Hogan is now sharing living space with three other juvenile offenders.
He was initially segregated because he is a minor. Even though, he was declared guilty in adult court. A judge denied a transfer request from his lawyers on Tuesday.
Cecilia Barreda, a spokeswoman of Pinellas County Sheriff's Office said that housing assignments are routinely reviewed because the jail's population constantly changes. That created an opportunity to house juveniles together.
Hulk Hogan's son, who will turn 18 on July 27, was sentenced in an adult court to eight months behind bars after pleading no contest to reckless driving involving serious bodily injury. |
