 Jenna Jameson: Charged in DUI case; avoids jail time
Former porn star Jenna Jameson has avoided jail time after pleading guilty in her DUI case.
The 38-year-old was arrested in May after crashing her car into a lamppost, upon which her blood-alcohol level was determined to be 13.
Initially, Jenna entered a not guilty plea in July, but has now pleaded guilty to misdemeanour DUI and driving with a blood-alcohol level of .08 or higher.
TMZ reports that, as part of the plea deal, one count of driving with a suspended license was dropped.
The mother-of-two was sentenced to three years' probation and instructed to complete an alcohol education course and take part in a Mothers Against Drunk Driving programme.
Jenna Jameson recently filed a restraining order against former friend Shana Burroughs, claiming that he was terrorising her family.
