 Christina Aguilera: Believes, Britney Spears would make a great judge in X Factor
celebrated popstar Christina Aguilera has extended her best wishes to former Mickey Mouse Club co-star Britney Spears on The X Factor USA.
Aguilera gave her support to Spears' addition to the X Factor judging panel during a press conference for her own series held in Malibu, California on Sunday (August 12).
"I came up with Britney, we were very close," Aguilera said of her fellow popstar's addition to the world of televised singing competitions.
"Our paths have always crossed. They'll continue to cross. I welcome her to this family of fun and entertainment and finding new talent. Britney's a pro. She's going to give great advice!"
The 'Voice' coach has previously said that Spears's involvement with The X Factor USA is "cool", and said that she is sure the 'Womanizer' singer will "have fun".
Recently, Spears said that, joining The X Factor has been "really good" for her.
On September 10, 'The Voice' returns for its third season premiere on NBC, while The X Factor USA debuts with a two-night premiere on September 12 and 13 on Fox.
