Natalie Portman: Gets married in private Jewish ceremony
Oscar-winning star Natalie Portman has reportedly married Benjamin Millepied in a private Jewish ceremony.
The couple, who were first seen wearing matching wedding bands on the Oscars red carpet this February, are said to have wed beneath a chuppah whilst surrounded by family and close friends at a residence in Big Sur on Saturday evening (August 4), according to Us Weekly.
The 'Black Swan' star met choreographer Millepied on the set of the film in 2010. Portman went on to win a 'Best Actress' Oscar for her performance, and the couple announced their engagement and pregnancy in December of the same year.
Natalie gave birth to the couple's son Aleph in June 2011.
The pair have yet to comment on reports, but jewellery designer Jamie Wolf confirmed that he had designed their wedding rings.
"I designed the rings worn by Benjamin Millepied and Natalie Portman," he told the magazine. "They were made with recycled platinum and conflict-free diamonds."
