 Jennifer Lopez, Casper Smart: Ready to sue tabloid over sexuality and 'gay sex club' claim?
Singer Jennifer Lopez and dancer Casper Smart are reportedly threatening to sue over a tabloid's claim that Smart recently attended a 'gay sex club'.
Recently, 'In Touch' and 'Star' published articles in which Smart was accused of attending a massage parlour and also showed him in a photo allegedly outside a peep show.
J Lo's attorneys have now sent legal letters to both publications, insisting that the reports about Smart are "false, malicious and defamatory".
TMZ reports that, it has also been claimed by the lawyers that, sexuality claims have caused "immense damage" to both Lopez and Smart's reputations.
The two will apparently sue if printed retractions are not issued. However, Star and In Touch have not issued any comment thus far.
The dancer was first linked to Lopez in November 2011 when they were snapped together in Los Angeles.
Recently, Casper admitted that he did not feel love at first sight with Lopez.
"It was just very natural how it happened. There was nothing before [we started dating], no flirting, nothing," Smart explained in July.
