Amitabh Bachchan, the superstar of Indian film industry, has opened a way for reaching out to fans in cyberspace by launching a blog that would center on his life. Already this blog site has been flooded with responses from people who reside in various parts of the world.
Better known as "The Big B," to all his fans and to all the movie-buffs, Amitabh Bachchan is going to use the site, for sharing his thoughts, discuss about his forthcoming movies and also answer to all the queries of his fans.
While briefing the reporters of a famous news agency, Amitabh Bachchan put forth his comments. "The advantage of this blog is that I can express my view freely and there is no restriction to it," adds this sixty five years old veteran actor.
Amitabh too came forth with his thoughts about his idea of launching this blog site. He said "It gives me a chance to interact with my fans on a personal basis," In addition he also has commented that the blog would help him refute gossip "that keeps doing the rounds."
The site has become an instant hit as Amitabh Bachchan has been showered with myriads of messages from fans around the globe including far off places like Poland, Australia, US, Britain and Canada.
In a mood of elation, Amitabh Bachchan said he is getting so many messages that he is now feeling the need of employing people so that they can help him to reply back otherwise he fears "the loss of my fingers."
Amitabh Bachchan, who has launched the blog in the middle of April, is following footsteps of other actors namely Aamir Khan who also utilize internet for sharing his thoughts. |
