 Britney Spears: Reappears on CBS’ ‘Mother’
Britney Spears, the music mogul, is coming back to rock its audiences. After her successful appearance in CBS’ program "How I Met Your Mother," she will reprise her role as Abby, the charming secretary. The CBS spokesperson confirms this news on Monday. It is said that the episode will be telecasted on 12th May.
Showing immense joy, Craig Thomas, ‘series executive producer and co-creator’, said “We're all so thrilled to have Britney joining us once again".
"And just to head it off at the pass this time around: Yes, Mom, Britney's very nice and no, I can't get her autograph for you," added Thomas in a mood of jubilation.
Britney Spears' appearance on the spectacular episode of 24th March won her good reviews. Not only had that it enhanced the viewer ship of the show to as high as 10.6 million viewers, in contrast to the 9.6 million who had tuned in the previous week.
Thus it sparked speculation that Britney Spears might take acting seriously as a profession. A year back on March 2006 she made a guest appearance on the NBC comedy titled "Will & Grace."

According to it, when last seen, Abby was seen flirting with womanizer Barney which is played by actor Neil Patrick Harris. However in the new episode Abby and Barney will be sharing their mutual dislike towards another character named Ted which will be portrayed by Josh Radnor. The new episode began its work of production on Monday
