British singer Cheryl Cole has been named the female celebrity most straight women would like to kiss.

This new survey of 2,000 women was conducted to mark the DVD release of TV drama Lip Service.

Cole beat Angelina Jolie into second place, while the Duchess of Cambridge came third.

Pop singer Rihanna was in fourth place, while former Friends actress Jennifer Aniston came fifth.

51% of women revealed that they have kissed a girl. Nearly two-fifths said they did so because they were drunk, while a quarter admitted that they were just curious.

Celebrity admirers of Cole include Olympic diver Tom Daley, Katy Perry and her former X Factor boss Simon Cowell.
