Ozzy Osbourne, Sharon Osbourne: Sued over residence boundary in property case

Celeb couple Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne have been sued for allegedly illegally extending their LA backyard.

The Mountain View Estate Owners' Association have filed a lawsuit, claiming that a fence the Osbournes have put up in the yard of their Hidden Hills home encroaches upon the association's property, TMZ reports.

Apparently, the fence extends around 8,500 sq. ft. into the gated community which lies adjacent to the Osbournes' house.

This association is demanding a court order for the Osbournes to remove the fence, although it is reportedly not clear from the paperwork whether the couple were ever notified about their alleged transgression.

However, a judge has yet to rule on the pending lawsuit and the Osbournes are yet to make comment on the claims made in the filing.

Currently, the Osbournes are handling legal troubles stemming from a $2 million (£1.3 million) debt to the IRS in back taxes. They made a move earlier this month to begin paying off the bill.
