Brad Pitt, George Clooney: Gay rights play '8' to be broadcast on radio
Hollywood's first-row stars Brad Pitt and George Clooney's charity performance of the gay rights play 8 will air on US radio, it has been announced.
The actors led an all-star cast including Martin Sheen, Jane Lynch, Matthew Morrison and Jesse Tyler Ferguson to raise money for the American Foundation for Equal Rights in March.
Rob Reiner directed 8's Los Angeles debut.
8, which is written by Oscar winner Dustin Lance Black, dramatizes the fight by a group of lawyers to overturn California's gay marriage ban Proposition 8.
A recording of the play will air in syndication on radio stations across the US in the coming days in recognition of Gay Pride month.
8 can also be streamed online at www.latw.org.
