Madonna: 'Stalker' faces trial for second time
A judge from New York has reinstated the charges against a man accused of stalking Madonna.
A former FDNY firefighter, Robert Linhart, was arrested in September 2010 after being caught carrying a sign that read: "M, the Universe brought us together in 1992 and again this year in Prague. Meet me please XXX."
Linhart was charged with graffiti, possession of a weapon, and criminal mischief. However, a judge later dismissed the case in March 2012.
TMZ reports that Linhart has now had the charges reinstated due to a technicality concerning the number of days it took for prosecutors to bring him to trial.
A new court date has been scheduled for June 19.
