Rosie Huntington-Whiteley: Set for role in 'Mad Max: Fury Road'
British beauty Rosie Huntington-Whiteley has been linked with a role in Mad Mad: Fury Road.
Huntington-Whiteley flew into Sydney on Monday morning (May 21) for a meeting with director George Miller, according to the Australian Daily Telegraph.
The actress and the director were both spotted on May 21 at the Juanita Nielsen Community Center in the harbourside suburb of Woolloomooloo yesterday (May 22). The private studios at the center are often used for casting calls.
The model and actress, who has previously modeled for brands including Burberry, Agent Provocateur and Victoria's Secret, made her acting debut last year opposite Shia LaBeouf in Transformers: Dark of the Moon.
Tom Hardy, the 'Batman: The Dark Knight Rises' star, has been cast in the lead role in Mad Max: Fury Road, and recently said that he is unsure when filming will begin as the dates keep moving around.
Hardy also jokingly told reporters at the Cannes Film Festival that the movie would be "a live, free-running musical" in which the cast would "go around shopping centres in a little wagon and sing songs".
