Usher: Accused by ex-wife for 'sleeping with bridesmaid'

Singer, songwriter Usher has been accused of cheating on his ex-wife with a bridesmaid while they were still married.

Currently, he in the middle of a custody battle with Tameka Foster for their sons Usher Raymond V and Naviyd Ely Raymond. Foster would like full custody, while Usher hopes to secure increased visitation.

While being cross-examined in court earlier this week, Usher was accused of having been "discovered in bed with Maya Fox Davis", according to TMZ.

Davis was one of Foster's bridesmaids. The singer's lawyer objected to the statement, arguing that they were not trying a divorce case.

The 'Scream' singer recently testified in court against Foster, accusing her of throwing food at him and spitting on his girlfriend during a tirade.

The artist filed for divorce from Foster in 2009 after two years of marriage.
