Rihanna: Performs at charity gig as Egyptian queen after flu recovery
Pop artist Rihanna recovered from her recent bout of flu to perform dressed up as an Egyptian queen for a charity event in New York (pictured left).
Rihanna, who last week posted a picture on Twitter of her arm hooked up to a drip, took to the stage and entertained guests with an energetic routine at the Robin Hood Foundation Benefit.
On May 14, the star reportedly sang Where Have You Been, Run This Town and Live Your Life at the Jacob K Javits centre and afterwards celebrated with cake with her mum Monica following Mother's Day on Sunday.
The 24-year-old singer and Coldplay's Chris Martin recently released Samurai-wielding behind-the-scenes pictures from their new video Princess of China.
