Whitney Houston: Family members sign up to appear in reality TV show
Legendary singer Whitney Houston's daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown, along with other relatives of the late singer, have signed up for a reality TV show.
This forthcoming program has been picked up by Lifetime, and will be called The Houston Family Chronicles.
This new series will be given a ten-episode run, and will premiere later this year.
Not just Houston's daughter, the other cast members will include Whitney's sister-in-law and manager Pat Houston, who now manages her estate; Pat's daughter Rayah; Whitney's brother Gary; and Whitney's mother Cissy Houston.
The show will examine the family members' lives following the passing of Whitney on February 11 this year.
Rob Sharenow from Lifetime has said: "The tragic loss of Whitney Houston left a void in the hearts of people all over the world, but certainly none more so than her beloved family. In this series, the multi-generations of the Houston family will bravely reveal their lives as they bond together to heal, love, and grow."
Previously, Bobbi Kristina tweeted in March that she had met with network executives to discuss the possibility of fronting a reality show about her own life.
Although, it was subsequently stated in April that the rumors of such a show were "completely false".
