'Sex and the City': Townhouse in New York sells for $9.85m
The townhouse of 'Sex and the City', owned by Sarah Jessica Parker's Carrie Bradshaw has been sold for $9.85 million (£6.1 million).
Located on 64 Perry Street, the New York building was the home of writer Bradshaw for a few seasons on the HBO series.
The New York Observer reports that, the five-bedroom townhouse was listed for $9.65 million in early March with Sotheby's brokers Joshua Wesoky and Steve Dawson, according to city records.
It made its mark in pop culture before Sex and the City, when it was featured in Woody Allen's 1990 romantic fantasy 'Alice'.
This townhouse was also the home of Project Runway guru Tim Gunn, who lived in an upstairs apartment for 16 years.
