Spice Girls: Mel C denies musical rift with Mel B
Former 'Spice Girls' member Mel C has dismissed rumours that she and her former co-member Mel B have fallen out over the upcoming 'Spice Girls' musical.
Recently, the stage show was said to be facing delays due to the pair disagreeing over various details of the production.
Although, the 'I Turn to You' singer has said that the show is "coming along beautifully" and that everyone involved is getting on well.
While referring to a Grazia article, she tweeted: "Starting to get very irritated with reports that myself and @OfficialMelB are 'bickering' over the Spice Girls musical. Now @Grazia_Live are at it. Maybe I should cancel my subscription? Aaaaaaaarrrrrgggghhh!"
In 2010, Jennifer Saunders confirmed that she would write the musical, containing several of the girl group's biggest hits.
'Spice Girls' band members Emma Bunton, Victoria Beckham, Geri Halliwell, Mel C and Mel B are involved in the project, but will not appear in it.
Singer Mel C added: "The Spice girls musical is coming along beautifully and all of us girls, [Jennifer Saunders] and Judy Craymer are very happy!!!"
Originally, the musical was scheduled to open in London's West End sometime in 2012.
Recently, Mel C spoke about her battle with depression, and said that giving birth to her daughter Scarlet Starr helped her have a "fresh start".
