 Heidi Klum: Files divorce suit against husband Seal
Supermodel Heidi Klum has filed for divorce from her estranged husband Seal.

The 'Project Runway' host cited "irreconcilable differences" in her petition, which was filed in LA County Superior Court today (April 6), reports TMZ.
The 'Kiss From a Rose' singer and the glamorous supermodel, who are parents to two sons and a daughter, with Seal also an adoptive father to Klum's eldest daughter - first confirmed their separation in January.
The model is now said to be seeking joint legal custody, but primary physical custody, of their four children, including visitation rights for Seal.
The couple signed a post-nuptial agreement, meaning they retain their separate assets and property, according to the documents.
Klum is also requesting that, the judge restores her maiden name Klum, which she continued to use professionally despite adopting Seal's family name Samuel when they married in 2005.
Seal gave a number of interviews to explain that their "love and respect for each other" hadn't changed, and that they will still be "connected in many ways" for the rest of their lives, following the split.
Later on, Seal defended his decision to discuss the breakdown of their relationship so publicly, arguing that fans "deserved some kind of explanation".
In the meantime, Klum compared the media scrutiny following the couple's separation to being in the eye of a tornado, and explained that she chose not to give interviews in the immediate aftermath for the sake of her children.
