Foxy Brown: To be freed from prison
Foxy Brown, the rap singer, will get release from imprisonment after spending a prolonged period of eight months at Rikers Island at New York. April 18 has been scheduled for her release. Her manager has revealed this news to the media.
"They had her on continuous lockdown just because she is a celebrity. They were trying to break her spirit," added the source.
On 8 September Foxy Brown went to jail for a year on the ground of violating her probation even after several arrests. These include a dispute with two workers of nail salon on August 2004 and also lashing her neighbor with a BlackBerry.
Soon after her release Foxy Brown will resume her work in full swing. Already she is undergoing talks with a handful of TV networks who want to shoot a documentary and reality show on her life. Foxy Brown also has the plan of releasing her album titled "Brooklyn's Don Diva”. It has been delayed. If every thing goes well, it will be brought out on 13th May.
"She's going to get on top of her career again. She's ready to hit the ground running and do anything she needs to do to get her career back on point," affirmed the source. |
