Overwiew :Trojan Eddie (Stephen Rea), a low-level flunky in a family of Irish swindlers known as 'travelers,' suffers a case of torn loyalties after one of the junior members absconds with the willing young bride of the family's boss (Richard Harris)--and with the dowry money, as well. While trying to clean up the mess, Eddie also contends with his own sloppy lovelife and bleak future. A low-key riff on the well-worn theme of crime syndicate betrayal and a fascinating look into the little-known traveler lifestyle.
