Overwiew :Trailer trash couple Wanda and Al are about to have their fifth child and are worried the trailer just isn't big enough. So, Wanda responds to an ad from a couple seeking to adopt a child. The couple, Rachel and Richard, have been trying to conceive for years without any luck, but they are rather well off, so they decide to just try and buy a child.
