Overwiew :Three short stories comprise this film, which deals with the issues and themes related to homosexuality. 'A Friend of Dorothy' deals with a young woman who enlists in the navy in the 1950's only to discover lesbianism. 'Mr. Roberts' follows the travails of a 1970s teacher as he attempts to keep his homosexuality closeted. 'Amos and Andy' deals with a father's feelings regarding his son's wedding to another man.
