Overwiew :A young man (Evans) receives a call on his cellular phone from a woman (Basinger) who has been kidnapped, and thinks she's going to be killed soon, along with her husband and son who the kidnappers are going after next. This call gets him caught in a high-stakes race against time as he searches for a kidnapped stranger whose only connection to him is through a wrong number on his cell phone.
