Overwiew :The film covers the life of actor Bobby Darin and his marriage to Sandra Dee, from the 1940's through the 70's. In addition to his hit singles "Splish Splash" (1958) and "Mack the Knife" (1959) Darin appeared in 15 films, earning an Oscar nomination for "Captain Newman M.D." (USA/1963). He died in 1973 at the age of 37.
