Overwiew :Don Wong, a heavy-drinking SDU leader currently undergoing psychological evaluation, is called in on a drug bust led by inexperienced Minnie Kwan. Wong thinks his way is the right way and unsuccessfully tries to take charge of the investigation. He eventually softens and teams up with Kwan to lead a combined assault on the villain, a corrupt DEA officer.
