Overwiew :Lies - to themselves and to others - are the common link between nine artistically inclined Parisian friends, whose personal and professional lives intersect over this two year period: Ada is English-born designer who works for the haute couture house of Rene Sandre and is living with Paul; Paul is a scrrenwriter whose writing partner Guido is continually distracted by his messy love life; Lise is a young designer who fancies Paul; Alphonse is a film producer eagerly awaiting a script from Paul and Guido; and Yves is the director trying to stay faithful to his wife Nina.
