Overwiew :New York City subway dispatcher Walter Garber's ordinary day is thrown into chaos by an audacious crime: the hijacking of a subway train. Ryder, a criminal mastermind, leads a highly-armed gang of four, threatening to execute the train's passengers unless a large ransom is paid within one hour. As the tension mounts beneath his feet, Garber employs his vast knowledge of the subway system in a battle to outwit Ryder and save the hostages. But there's one riddle Garber can't solve: even if the thieves get the money, how can they possibly escape?

I really enjoyed this movie. This was one of the best movies I've seen recently. Good story and easy to follow. The acting was real good. The visual was brilliant. The movie keeps you on the edge of your seat from beginning to end.

From the beginning to the end the movie is just great. Lots of drama and tension in this remake movie. John Travolta and Denzel Washington together are terrific. They did their job so well.

This was a remake movie, but good. This was very exciting, fast-paced movie. Great acting by everyone, great story and great overall. John Travolta and Denzel Washington are at their best.

The movie really surprised me. It has everything to satisfy one. The movie is entertaining and suspenseful until the end. Washington and John Travolta both play spectacular roles in this film. Don't miss it.

I saw the original years ago. But, this was a good remake movie. Good story. Great acting. The visuals were good. The performances of Denzel Washington and John Travolta were excellent.
