Overwiew :Space-time vortexes suck. Has been scientist Dr. Rick Marshall, is sucked into one and spat back through time. Way back. Now, Marshall has no weapons, few skills and questionable smarts to survive in an alternate universe full of marauding dinosaurs and fantastic creatures from beyond our world. Sucked alongside him for the adventure are crack-smart research assistant Holly and a redneck survivalist named Will. Chased by T. rex and stalked by painfully slow reptiles known as Sleestaks, Marshall, Will and Holly must rely on their only ally -- a primate called Chaka to navigate out of the hybrid dimension. Escape from this routine expedition gone awry and they're heroes. Get stuck, and they'll be permanent refugees in the Land of the Lost. |

Very good movie. I will go again to watch it. Will Ferrell was outstanding as Dr Rick Marshall. The movie has some fun. | | | | Reply | | | MTracy80 says @ Thursday - June 11,2009
It was a good movie, actually better than I thought. It was pretty funny and there was a decent amount of action to keep you interested in the movie. But don't take kids. | | | jghj replies @ Monday - June 22,2009

Worst movie I have seen in a long time. This movie was not at all for families. Movie is full of sexual innuendos, swearing and even using the "F" word. | | | | Reply | | | Ejwood says @ Wednesday - June 10,2009
Though this movie has been marketed for the children, it is not at all for them. It is rated PG- 13 and parents should not ignore it. Will Ferrell was great, but overall it is very disappointing. | | | | Reply | | |
