In comparison with previous Star Trek movies, it was very very disappointing. The plot is completely absurd. This is not Star trek. They have tried to make a better movie, but failed badly.

A great movie again. I was quite impressed with how they handled everything. Lots of great action scenes, visual effects and a nice script. I like to watch it again.

The casting was excellent. The action was great. The SE were great, but story could have been more better. However, it could managed to hold top position in the US Box Office last week.

I am a big Trek fan but i thought it was a bad movie. Actors were pretty good but the plot trashed the whole storyline for the movie. Direction could have been better.

I think this "Star Trek" movie is more better than previous movies. Director J.J. Abrams has taken some talented actors, who really understood and were able to bring to life the original characters that we loved so much when we were younger.
