Overwiew :Decorated Iraq war hero Sgt. Brandon King (Phillippe) makes a celebrated return to his small Texas hometown following his tour of duty. He tries to resume the life he left behind with the help and support of his family and his best friend, Steve Shriver (Tatum), who served with him in Iraq. Along with their other war buddies, Brandon and Steve try to make peace with civilian life. Then, against Brandon’s will, the Army orders him back to duty in Iraq, which upends his world. The conflict tests everything he believes in: the bond of family, the loyalty of friendship, the limits of love and the value of honor. United States Marine Corps / Military / U.S. Army / US Navy |

I went to see th movie after seeing its interesting trailer. However I was not at all satisfied . in fact the director has jumbled up so many issues together that has left the movie go hay where. | | | | Reply | | | pinkladies4eva says @ Thursday - April 03,2008
Stop-Loss had some good parts from the beginning of the story but at the end it lost that. There were definitely some emotional scenes that played out well. But the end is disappointing. | | | | Reply | | | talia_donaldson says @ Thursday - April 03,2008
Stop-Loss is a fantastic movie. It shows the real things happen to soldiers. It is the most important military movie since Black Hawk Down and it is 100% accurate, I think. | | | | Reply | | | treynada2005 says @ Wednesday - April 02,2008
Stop- Loss is one such movie where army men has been depicted full with gray shades. Story is horrible, acting is bad. To top it all, plot is not very strong. | | | | Reply | | | Steph978 says @ Wednesday - April 02,2008
This movie is a horrible , biased and inaccurately made movie on countries like Iraq , Afghanistan . According to me , all the mighty soldiers in real life would find it to be a shocking and shameful. | | | | Reply | | | demonrulz says @ Tuesday - April 01,2008
