So far, this has been the most satisfying film of 2007. Frank Langella's superb performance is noteworthy as much for his hesitations before he speaks, and his silences, as it is for what he says. It is the work of a master. | | | | Reply | | | swamynathan_sai says @ Thursday - December 20,2007
Fantastic movie with fantastic screenplay. An intelligent display of characters with a meaningful objective. I love this movie. | | | | Reply | | | evageorgeta says @ Thursday - December 20,2007
Well executed story about a May-December romance along with the literary scene in NY. Interesting characters focus this drama about art, getting old and relationships. | | | | Reply | | | MadonnaFvr says @ Tuesday - November 27,2007
Frank Langella is amazing as always, and perfectly captures what it's like to be a writer. His character is a true gentleman. He drinks tea, stands when a lady enters or leaves the room, and speaks honestly but with a polite tact when it's called for. | | | | Reply | | | whitney says @ Tuesday - November 27,2007
Langella gives a fine performance as Leonard, who sees his time running out, and wonders if he has enough time, energy, and creativity left to finish one last book. | | | | Reply | | | maryalove says @ Tuesday - November 27,2007
