www.espy.ca - : The story line is enjoyable, and it will certainly entertain the younger members of the family. There are a few scenes that may be questionable for very young children—the first takes place in the ice caves where Manny relives the attack on his family by humans, and the second towards the end where the sabre-toothed tigers attack. www.themoviechicks.com - : This animated feature may not have quite the appeal to adult audiences as some recent films, but it will have the younger crowd squealing with delight. One rhino turns to the other and says, ''he ruined our salad.'' I can't explain why that line is so funny, but it’s one of the biggest laughs I've had in a while. Other pointed laughs involve a marathon in which Manfred, the baby and Diego take turns slapping Sid around. The film even takes a moment to parody Titanic, which is admittedly irresistible when your film is beset in ice. more...
