Putting the daily grind of telemarketing, department-store work, and pet sales behind them, three roommates (one representative each from the blonde, redhead, and brunette camps) decide to hit the town. But their evening plans hit a snag when one (Virginia Madsen) decides to go it alone, in hopes of re-igniting her unhealthy relationship with a DJ too busy spinning the latest hits from Icehouse and Flow Joy to attend to her emotional needs.
