Overwiew :In the strange burg of Valkenvania, a monstrous small-town judge (Dan Aykroyd) hangs passersby for speeding and conducts his court from a mansion situated on a toxic dump site. When his bungling deputy (John Candy) brings in a couple of New York yuppies (Chevy Chase and Demi Moore), his twisted joy is gruesome to behold. The hapless duo try to flee -- only to run into several life-threatening pitfalls and traps in the process. Aykroyd plays several parts. |
