Overwiew :Kat (Marguerite Moreau), a brand new journalism grad has landed in Hawaii excited with her new job. The job is to interview the elusive big wave surfer "The Monk." Not a tough job but Kat is finding the work harder than she ever imagined, as "The Monk" doesn't intend to be found, and the locals are being somewhat less than helpful. Kat is in a mess with her uninvited boyfriend driving her crazy, Mr. Monk not to be found anywhere, the geek she's reporting to is falling in love with her, and she's wanted by the FBI. Kat needs to find her story while she finds herself.
