  Critic Reviews  Grade
USA Today - Claudia Puig : ...bloated, overwrought and convoluted three-hour misfire.   more...   D+
Seattle Post-Intelligencer - William Arnold : Tedious epic has plenty of action but the story is lost at sea.   more...   C+
San Francisco Chronicle - Mick LaSalle : The story is so convoluted and impenetrable, so impossible to grasp hold of, that viewers sit there wondering if they've had a stroke.   more...   D
Rolling Stone - Peter Travers : ...the third chapter proves that there can indeed be too much of a good thing.   more...   C
ReelViews - James Berardinelli : As an end to a trilogy, At World's End does its job, although with less flair and economy than one might hope.   more...   B-
New York Times - Jeannette Catsoulis : The cannibals, coconuts and landlocked locations have been replaced by the high-seas high jinks that made the first film so enjoyable   more...   B-

Hollywood Reporter - Michael Rechtshaffen : Avast -- as in a vast improvement over the soggy previous installment.   more...   B
filmcritic.com - Chris Barsanti : ...it's definitely longer than necessary, but...it's actually amazing the filmmakers are able to tie everything up quite as nicely as they do.   more...   B-
Entertainment Weekly - Owen Gleiberman : You know a franchise has run its course when it has a buccaneer heroine who looks as if she'd hate to get her face smudged.   more...   C

What I thought that it will be a good movie to watch with my friends but the story was not at all supporting, acting was stupid (excluding Johnny Depp) and more over the photography was really poor. Disappointing approach from Gore Verbinski.
