Ward Burton (born John Edward Burton III on October 25, 1961) is an auto racer. He is the older brother of Jeff Burton. Ward won the 2002 Daytona 500, as well as the 1995 fall race at Rockingham. His last full-time ride was in the #0 NetZero car. Previously he drove the #22 Caterpillar car owned by Bill Davis Racing.
